Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Dress Code, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

 

1. Order Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation by Customer:
* Orders can be canceled within [24 hours - 36 hours] of placement, provided the order has not been shipped.
* To request a cancellation, contact us at : citymart.groups@gmail.com.
* Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
b. Cancellation by Dress Code:
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
* Stock unavailability.
* Issues with payment authorisation.
* Incorrect pricing or product description.
* Any other unforeseen reasons.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 

2. Return Policy
We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:
* Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
* Items such as inner wear, socks, and other intimate clothing are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless defective or damaged).

3. Refund Policy
a. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
* Order cancellations made before shipment.
* Approved returns for eligible products.
* Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received (with valid proof such as photos, videos while unboxing).
b. Refund Process:
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
c. Refund Exceptions:
* No refunds will be provided for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
* Clearance or sale items may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.

 

4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or colour issues, subject to stock availability. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
* Gift cards.
* Personalised or custom-made items.
* Intimate wear such as underwear and socks (unless defective).

 

6. Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive the returned items.
