• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). 

• During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.

 

2. Delivery Locations and Timelines

We currently deliver across Tamil Nadu.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over ₹1000.

• Standard Shipping Fee: ₹90 for orders below ₹1000.

• Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. 

•  Use the tracking link provided to monitor your order’s status.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD Availability: Cash on Delivery is available in select locations within Tamil Nadu. 

•  COD Fee: An additional ₹50 will be charged for COD orders.

6. Delays and Issues

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, holidays, or courier delays.

7. Undelivered or Returned Orders

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we may charge a reshipping fee.  

• Refunds for returned orders will exclude shipping fees.
